Hot Artichoke & Spinach Dip

What a great easy and tasty recipe this is! I brought this to a family get together a little while back and it was great. Next time you are looking for a crowd pleaser, give this a try.

Hot Artichoke & Spinach Dip Recipe:

Ingredients:

3 cups chopped artichoke hearts (I used the marinated artichoke hearts from Costco, rinsed and drained). Canned artichokes will work too.

1 frozen package spinach (drained)

1 package cream cheese

¾ cup shredded Italian cheese mix

½ cup sour cream

½ cup half and half or cream

1 heaping tablespoon garlic

½ cup mozzarella cheese for topping

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 or 8×8 inch baking dish.

Chop artichoke hearts if not already chopped. Add artichoke hearts, drained spinach, Italian cheese, sour cream, half and half, garlic and cream cheese together into mixing bowl. Mix together until completely combined and spoon into baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve with chips, gluten free bread or anything your heart desires!

Overall, I think this was a great dip. The artichokes had come marinated in a Costco jar, and even though they were rinsed, they were a bit tangy. You can make this a day ahead and set it in the fridge until you are ready to bake it.

Whats your favorite appetizer to bring to parties?

Hi,
I just came across your blog, which I think is amazing! Your pictures are so appetizing looking. I just wrote a cookbook and included some gluten-free alternatives with all of my recipes. Since I don’t know a lot about gluten-free eating, would you mind if I asked you some questions regarding ingredients as I write my second one? Also, do you offer email subscription to your blog?
Thanks,
Karen
