This dessert was creamy, Nutella y, a little tangy, and had a great crunch in the crust. It was the perfect compliment to Thanksgiving dinner, and even the non gluten free eaters loved it. The only problem is when I made it, I didn’t measure anything and kind of eyeballed it. I went by my regular cheesecake recipe but modified it with a few other additions of Nutella and gluten free chocolate cookies.
